A special group exhibition, entitled “Flesh to Canvas”, specifically made up of tattoo artists who create works aside from ink on skin. Those who work inside the tattoo world realize how much artistic talent exists here. To the general public, however, much of this tattoo world remains a dark mystery. Therefore, this show comprised of paintings by tattoo artists is here to help bring attention to these important and extremely relevant creators. This show will be an annual event, as it is an integral part of why Last Rites Gallery was created. Therefore, “Flesh to Canvas”, a collection of fine art by a renowned group of tattoo artists.
