Like an unrelenting Samurai warrior, Nakanari is poised once again to leave his distinct mark with an exciting art exhibition (as well as his return to New York City!) at ToyQube called “Duel or Die!” Nakanari and Mai Hiro, along with featured artist, Dave “Outtamymind” Quiles are serving up their typical atypical brand of art and designs for art fans and feudal lords alike to enjoy. New works from Nakanari, Dave, and the Mai Hiro team will be on display during this event, so of course, you can expect to see some new canvas artwork, paintings, customs, apparel, acrylic wall designs, jewelry designs and even a few extra samurai surprises. Both Nakanari and Dave will be in attendance during the opening night reception to do sketches and chat with fans and their local artist friends that will drop by for the event. In addition, for those in attendance, their internal hunger for sweets will be a winning battle thanks to pastry chef and Nakanari friend, Michael Chang, who is planning to supply some delicious treats. With all this planned, this event is not to be missed, especially those well versed in the ways of Bushidō.
